Introducing EGSA Avenger Summer Camps!
Parent Coaches are expected to attend these clinics or find an assistant or another parent who can attend. Parent coach involvement helps in three ways:
1) extra supervision to maintain order throughout the clinic and assist with injuries/shoe tying/etc.
2) extra coaches = more personal attention and guidance for the players with their soccer skills.
3) Parent Coaches just might pick up a coaching trick or two from our professional trainers!
EGSA Trainers attend practices to develop player and team skills alongside the parent coach. Trainers are assigned several teams and attend as many weekend games as possible with their schedules and other EGSA clinics for the House League.
EGSA Avenger Camps compliment player advancement and training for in-season play. EGSA Trainers develop camp games and drills. Each camper rotated through every coach/trainer to learn from different perspectives and experiences.
