Registration Fees and Policies
As a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization, refunds are generally not offered but will be considered on a case by case basis until one month prior to the season start date. EGSA will retain a $10 administrative fee for any refunds processed. We will, happily, credit your account for the full amount for a future season.
House League Fees and Policies
Registration Fee is $125
Late Fee charge of $25 per player begins August 20th.
Wait list begins August 25th.
Waitlist players are picked up if there is an incomplete team or when enough players join the list to create two teams in a specific division. A waitlisted player pays the $25 late fee. In the case of two teams forming, two parents will also need to volunteer to coach as we will have to quickly assign teams and make schedules for all teams within the division.
EGSA provides a jersey. Player is responsible for black shorts, black sock, shin guards, and cleats (Little Kickers may wear sneakers instead of cleats.)

Don't forget to register as a parent-coach!
Only parent coaches can make teammate requests. When registering your player, make sure you "register someone else" before checking out.
Season Teams and Schedules:
This website has general information about the season and EGSA. The GotSport registration system is where we create House League teams and make schedules. Use both to determine your player's team and schedule as they become available. Team assignments and schedules are available after parent volunteer spots are filled. See the EGSA FAQ for commonly asked questions.
Fall '24 dates:
September 3-6 - Weekday House Clinics begin. No clinics on Labor Day.
Boys clinic on Mondays or Wednesdays (TBD)
Girls clinic on Tuesdays or Thursdays (TBD)
September 7th - Fun Day! Opening day for EGSA - all players meet at EGHS for Fun Day festivities!
First clinics for Little Kickers
First clinics and games for U6
All other divisions have first games
We will not play the weekend of Yom Kippur and Columbus/Indigenous People's Day (10/12-14).
Little Kickers and U6 divisions are off on 10/26 for the EG town parade and Halloween festivities.
Last day is 10/26 for all other divisions.
Last Day is 11/2 for Little Kickers and U6 divisions.
GotSport:
Log in, select "Family".
Select your player's name.
Select "Team Management" to view the team name. Team assignments and schedules are available after all volunteer parent positions are filled!
Travel League Fees and Policies:
Travel League players accept team placements for the entire soccer year.
Registration Fee is $550 ($275 per season) paid before the fall season begins.
Registration links are available via email from coaches and the EGSA Travel Director.
Uniform purchase is the responsibility of the player and must be completed before August 1st.

Registration opens early November. We continue to register throughout the season and adjust the price based on date milestones. We do not prorate per week.
